September 5, 2009 by Newswire

For motorcycle enthusiasts, few design shops generate as much excitement as Orange County Choppers. And for anyone who has ever wanted to own a two-wheeled work of art designed by OCC founder Paul Teutul Sr., Mobil 1 is providing a rare opportunity to do exactly that. Fans can go to www.mobil1.com/winamotorcycle to sign up for a chance to win a one-of-a-kind Mobil 1 bagger-style custom motorcycle designed and built by Orange County Choppers, as well as a trip to Daytona Bike Week 2010.

The sweepstakes will end on November 30, 2009, with the grand-prize winner selected shortly thereafter. The winner will be presented with the Mobil 1 Orange County Choppers motorcycle during Daytona Bike Week, which runs from February 26 to March 7, 2010. Fifty runners-up will also win Mobil 1 Motorcycle Oil polo shirts and hats.

For those who want to get an up-close look at the Mobil 1 motorcycle, they can see it in the Mobil 1 Performance Zone, a traveling exhibit that appears regularly at events throughout the country. The Performance Zone will be at the DUB Auto Show in Miami Beach, FL, on September 25 and 26; and at the Formula Drift Championships in Irwindale, CA, October 14-17. Fans can check www.mobil1racing.com to see when additional dates will be added to the Mobil 1 Performance Zone tour.

“I had a great time working with the team at Mobil 1 on the design of this bike, and I think the end result is something that riders will really appreciate,” said Paul Teutul, Sr. “You don’t see motorcycles like this one very often. Whoever wins it is probably going to make a lot of friends in Daytona in a hurry.”

The Mobil 1 Orange County Choppers motorcycle features an S&S Cycle V-Twin X-Wedge engine, dual rear exhaust, a six-speed Baker RSD transmission, HHI four-piston brakes, and Metzeler ME880 Marathon tires, as well as custom paint and a custom derby cover from Orange County Choppers.

Restrictions apply. For full sweepstakes rules, visit www.mobil1.com/winamotorcycle. Limit of one entry per household. The sweepstakes is not available to residents of Alaska and Hawaii, and is void to residents of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia.

About Mobil 1 Motorcycle Oils

Like Mobil 1 automotive products, the two Mobil 1 motorcycle oils are based on proven, advanced synthetic oil technology. These unique, fully synthetic motorcycle oils are scientifically engineered to withstand the extreme heat produced by high-revving motorcycle engines and some of the toughest riding conditions. These formulations, available as Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W50 and Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W-40, are designed specifically for the unique needs of motorcycles.

Hi Again, I just came accross this!! I’ve used Mobil 1 in my Old Cycle, but I won’t mention it’s name; it starts with a Y..Well, what can I say, it was FREE!! At least it was a 550.. But when I had just got it back from my Mechanic, My son took it without asking !! And put himself around a tree!! Thank God he was OK!! My bike wasn’t!! So here I go again- rebuild the bike..I had to throw away the faring and the saddle bags, Straighten out the forks, and new wire and extra’s and so on !! It’s never ran right since , just collecting dust and using up space, anyone want to buy a Good-looking bike. I think now he ruined my starter system, last summer; when I left the house to pick up my Father!! My reletives said he was starting it over and over with my starter unit !! One thing I do have is a 1934 Dodge Brothers- 4 (Four) door sedan..it’s Beautiful..Teak in color..he is not touching that, keep the F___, away!! SORRY!! He’s My Son, but he’s messed up alot of My Stuff, I still love my son, what can you do!! Well yes I do use Mobil oil in my Dodge Brothers, when I saw this Car, My Beautiful Wife Nancy ,of only Five Years, said buy it for Yourself- You deserve it; so we did..We go to some shows with it; so far we Won (five) Trouphys.. “All Peoples Choice! “. Thanks for the chance Paul!!!
